Dr Anthony Romilio has been honoured as the top researcher in palaeontology for the fourth year by The Australian's Research Magazine. This accolade is based on citations in the top 20 journals within each field over the past five years.

Armed with a self-designed computer tool, Dr Romilio has created detailed 3D models of the tracks, offering a unique window into the lives of dinosaurs that roamed the area 100 million years ago. His work has made him a global expert in analysing long dinosaur trackways, which are a series of footprints left by a single animal, preserved by sediment over millions of years.
